Scotland’s health and wellbeing charity for LGBTQ+ adults. Working to improve the physical, social, and mental health and wellbeing of LGBTQ+ adults (16+)
The NHS Scotland sexual assault self-referral phone service can help to arrange care for you in the days following a rape or sexual assault. The service may be able to arrange for you to have a forensic medical examination (FME) at a SARCS without making a report to the police.
The Scottish Mental Health Art Festival is an annual event that seeks to explore how the arts can help to prevent mental health problems and support people to live mentally healthier lives. It is also used as a format to raise awareness and reduce the stigma around mental health and how that might look. Each year has a different theme to challenge both the artist and the viewer.
Centred are here to help people living with mental ill-health ditch any stigma associated with it and feel like an important part of their community. They help people to live full and independent lives no matter what their background or the level of support they need.

The NHWWH is a community group based in Caithness and covering North Highlands. They provide awareness events/Q&A's, private support groups (Endometriosis, Menopause & Women's Health Conditions), workplace advice & working with the Scottish-Government for improved care services for all.
