Local community group Thurso Grows has launched a virtual “Get into Growing Group”. The idea behind the free online course is to encourage and support new food growers in the Highlands to get to grips with starting and evolving their skills.

Befrienders Highland are a small voluntary organisation working to improve the lives of people who are experiencing mental ill health; memory difficulties or dementia and carers . They work with adults (aged 18 and over) who are lonely and isolated, and live within the Highland area.
