Farmstrong Scotland is a farmer-led wellbeing programme, emulating the successful programme which started in New Zealand to assist the rural community in living well and farming well.

The idea involves around International research which found that people who thrive have these five steps in common:
1. They feel connected with others – make and spend time with friends
2. Take notice of the simple things – appreciate the good things in life
3. Give regularly – both to others and yourself
4. Keep learning – be open and flexible to new things
5. Are physically active – working up a sweat releases endorphins which help you feel better and more able to cope.
