The Caithness Recovery Community exists to provide peer to peer support.
When contacting AA or NA, you will be immediately transferred to a local representative in Caithness. From there you can expect to be informed about local support groups and given a number to access support locally around the clock.
Sometimes, people find certain times of the day, week or even year, more challenging than others. It is therefore essential to have someone that can be there to listen and where appropriate, use distraction methods to help you through those periods.
In this video with Julie Marker, Ranald MacAuslen talks about what the recovery community can offer in terms of support, not only for those seeking help but to agencies that are looking to refer people on for additional or alternative support.
